Aerospace Operations Expertise, Built From the Ground Up
I’m an aerospace operations and supply chain professional with experience supporting OEMs, MROs, and complex commercial and defense programs. My background spans repair management, supply chain execution, and program support, with a focus on delivering practical, measurable improvements in high-pressure environments.
I began my career in the aerospace industry working in a repair shop in Mesa, Arizona, where I gained firsthand exposure to the operational realities of MRO environments. That experience shaped my approach early — solutions need to work on the shop floor, not just on paper.
Over time, I built experience across supply chain operations, repair management, and program execution, ultimately working within government contracting environments, including my current role at Boeing. Along the way, I earned my MBA and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to strengthen how I approach process improvement and operational problem-solving.
I work alongside teams to understand their constraints, identify root causes, and implement solutions that are both practical and sustainable. My approach blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking — whether that means reducing repair turnaround times, stabilizing a supply chain, or helping a critical program get back on track.
Outside of work, I stay active and competitive, traits shaped by my background as a collegiate athlete. That mindset carries into my professional work — disciplined execution, accountability, and a constant drive to improve.
If you’re looking for a partner who understands both the technical details and the broader operational picture, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
